Why should I become a Fabletics VIP Member?

How do I sign up to become a Fabletics VIP member?

Easy! Shop on the site, add items to your bag, and select the membership programme when you check out with our welcome offer! It’s as simple as entering your email, your address, and creating a password upon completing your first order!

Do I have to make a purchase every month?

Nope! You never have to make a purchase—unless you fall in love with one (or many!) of our fabulous styles.

Each month, between the 1st-5th, you will have the opportunity to skip or to be charged from the 6th for a Member Credit.

You can skip as many times as you like, but know that you unlock the best deals with a Member Credit!

What is “Skip the Month” and how do I skip?

Each month, between the 1st-5th, you will have the chance to either be charged for a Member Credit or skip the month. When you visit the site during this time period, there will be a window on your homepage that says “skip this month”—follow the prompts and you will have successfully skipped the month. You can also call our customer service at 844683883 (Mon-Sun 10:00 - 18:00 h, service provided in English only) to skip the month.

What happens if I don’t skip the month?

If you do not skip the month, you’ll be charged 649 kr for a Member Credit on the 6th of the month, which can be redeemed for any outfit or item worth up to 839 kr. We will never automatically ship you products if you do not skip the month.

You can always call our customer service at 844683883 (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 18:00 h, service provided in English only) to get refunded as a one-time courtesy, or hold onto the Member Credit and use it later! Unused Member Credits expire after 36 months of purchase—but don’t worry, we’ll remind you!

Pro-tip: Set a reminder on your phone for the 1st of the month to check out the new collection and decide whether or not to skip!

What is a Member Credit and what can I purchase with it?

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes, but we hate to see you go! There is no cancellation fee and you can cancel anytime. You may cancel your membership by calling one of our customer service representatives on 844683883 (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 18:00 h, service provided in English only). You may also cancel by contacting us via online live chat or by visiting your 'My Account' page.

If you cancel your VIP membership, you can still shop at standard prices and redeem any unused VIP Member Credits left in your account. Remember that Member Credits expire after 36 months of purchase—but don’t worry, we’ll remind you to use them!

What is the VIP BeneFits programme?
